1.  Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

 Simply stated, we offer 100% satisfaction, guaranteed!  If you are not completely satisfied, we will do what it takes to make you 100% satisfied.  From phone conversations to comment cards, we truly work to serve you the best possible way we can.

With two convenient locations, we are never out of reach.  In most cases, there is someone in the office to answer your questions 6 days per week and our managers or owner will return your call within 1 business day.

All tags have a "customer comments section" for you to complete.  You can be assured that we take your comments very seriously and will happily address any concerns.

2.  Operations manual detailing standard operating procedures.

All our team members receive training regarding standard operating procedures for each service we offer, including our proven work order and tagging system.  Hands-on training, explanation of chemicals, when to use which chemical and how to use it, code of conduct and attire are just a few of the items covered.

3.  Quality Inspections performed by authorized manager or owner --

Inspections are performed throughout the process, not just when work is completed.  Inspections are performed by an authorized manager or the owner.  Inspection reports are placed on a boat after it has been approved by a manager or the owner.  The tag includes a list of services performed and the date completed, with a designated section for customer comments.

Inspections are not only based upon the quality of work; we also check that everything is "buttoned up" - for example, a boat inspection may include making sure the boat is tied up properly, power cords are plugged in and canvas is snapped back into place.

4.  Trained Teams

Teams work in pairs, composed of one team leader who is thoroughly trained in all areas and another trainee.  Team leaders must meet difficult criteria and are trained individually by an authorized manager or by the owner.  In addition, all team members are sent to quarterly training seminars developed by our suppliers.

5.  Supervised Staff

All our staff members are supervised by a manager and trained in safety using only proper equipment.  We hire individuals who take great pride in their work so you can take comfort in knowing that your vehicle, boat or airplane will be treated with the care and know-how your investment demands!
