SUPERVISOR - Schuman's Commerical Cleaning

Our residential and commercial cleaning company has an immediate opening for an individual with strong people skills, the ability to manage staff and problem solve.   An eye for detail, exceptional customer service and ability to work flexible hours a must.  Candidate must be responsible, dependable & have valid MD driver's license w/clean driving record.  Supervisory experience and the ability to communicate in Spanish a plus. 

This position is a management position.   Responsibilities include transportation of employees to various job sites, employee training, oversight of on-site safety programs, liaison to Homeowners, General Contractors/Program managers and business owners, evaluation of employees, and thorough, detailed inspections of each job. Customer Satisfaction and Service has to be a number one priority!
