The 2008 Boating Season is underway!! Contracts are on their way out the door and should be returned as quickly as possible - remember our schedules fill on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have some new and exciting things going on this Spring - the first is the launch of our new in-line air purifier for your boat - the NauticAir system. It is amazing and the feedback has been exceptional!  Start enjoying your boat without the side effects of poor air quality!

As the leader in professional detailing services, Schuman's Cleaning Service, Inc. will help you kick off another great boating season.  From complete compounding and waxing services to professional carpet and upholstery cleaning to teak and brite work, we will have your boat looking great for 2006. Give your boat the maintenance care it needs and save money!  For each maintenance service you contract, you will save in increments of 5%!  For example, start the season with 2 coats of wax on the entire boat and take 10% off the Summer wax and 15% off the cost of the Fall wax.  All services are available a la carte or as part of specially priced packages.  Boats are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your boat on our calendar early!

Complete Wax Program
It is important to maintain a good coat of wax on your boat to protect from salt, sun, bird-droppings, etc.  We recommend waxing your boat 3 times per year.  Our Collinite wax treatments lasts approx. 3-4 months (compared to most other waxes that only last 1 month).  Start the season off right with two coats of wax on the entire boat in the Spring.  Follow up with two coats on the topside in the summer and then two coats from the waterline up in the Fall.

Other a la carte services include dry dock hull waxing and isinglass treatments .

Wash Maintenance
Don't forget the importance of weekly or bimonthly washing for your boat's finish.  Not only will it protect your boat from salt, diesel fuel, bird and bug droppings, acid rain, Rt. 50 dirt and dust, etc., but also provide you with a clean boat when you arrive.

Interior Maintenance
A detailed interior cleaning includes a wipe down of the entire interior.  Chrome, stainless, and all metal is polished.  All wood is cleaned then polished. The heads are cleaned.  Windows, mini-blinds and mirrors are cleaned.  The interior is also vacuumed.  The inside of drawers, cabinets, refrigerator, freezer, and stove are also cleaned.

We also have add on services like carpet steam cleaning with stain protectant and upholstery steam cleaning.
